Does your production work? How should it work? How would it work as optimally as possible? The solution is Prodatec’s simulation know-how! You will save time, money and your nerves with it!

Simulation is an invaluable tool for resolving different types of problems, and it can be integrated into the other systems if necessary.
Advantages of simulation • increase the efficiency of production and designing • examine production and test changes without the real production being interrupted • reduce the risks of a new system by examining production before the real investment • predict possible future problems in production • provide the designing, production, management and media with information about the system or about investing. • visualize the operation of the factory e.g. for investors and media • train a new employee for any role in the factory
The simulation services provided by Prodatec create new possibilities for industry. We approach a simulated system in a new way and enable the re-usability of simulation as well as openness in communication and in the creation of simulation models. Thus, resources tied to simulation become reasonable, and so does time management: what used to take a week or months, is now possible in a day or even in a few hours. Swiftness and flexibility is the core of Prodatec’s simulation know-how both in programme editing and training.
We can provide you with a complete simulation environment modelled according to your company’s equipment and processes. Alternatively, you can get a ‘toolbox’ with which you can create the simulation models for your company.

| Prodatec Lean Testbed
There are numerous companies and
consultants with different methods that are guiding manufacturers to
Lean thinking, but there are few or no tools at all to
test or proof the benefits of the new practice... until now.
Prodatec has developed tools to simulate production with Lean thinking
characteristics, like Human movement analysis, KanBan and Fixed Repeating
Schedules (FRS). In the Prodatec’s simulation tool, a production system or
line is simulated, but also the humans, inventories and resources affecting the
actual production are accurately modelled to reflect the real manufacturing
environment.
