CASE: VUOSAARI HARBOUR
One of our most demanding references is the Vuosaari Harbour project in Helsinki, Finland. We designed and implemented a comprehensive delivery of fluid automation systems for three automated ramps.

This delivery included designing hydraulics and control systems for ro-ro ramps, as well as their manufacture, field installation and start-up. It also included project management, which involved steel construction.
Lift bridge
CASE: VERTICAL-LIFT BRIDGE AT TIKKALANSAARI
The most significant part of the project was the S7 Tikkalansaari railway bridge, a vertical-lift-bridge with hydraulic lifting gear.

The Palatsinraitti bridge and dam project involved renewing the Tammerkoski dam walls, replacing the old needle dam with a new automated dam and constructing a new light traffic bridge.

Modernization of lubrication system
CASE: XXX PAPER MILL IN RUSSIA
Problem:
The drying section of PM8 did not have an automatic lubrication system at all.
- 84 lubrication points
- Oil was manually added once per month
- There were many problems with water
Solution:
A FluidCirc®-LU- 400-DS was installed (Oil tank 400 L, capacity 40 L/min)
- After installation, the FluidCirc® removed 30-40 litres of water from the oil daily.
- It was recognized that water was condensing on the bearings in two cylinders.
- The root cause in the cylinders was fixed.
- According to the chief mechanical engineer, the FluidCirc® lubrication system is working extremely well and there are no more problems with water.
