Field studies
THE CORRECT INFORMATION INCREASES EFFICIENCY AND REDUCES COSTS
The Fluid EP Study service allows our client companies to see the current status of their systems and any related problems and risks. When the research is complete, the client receives a detailed report including a development plan for a hydraulic or circulation lubrication system. The report's concrete recommendations enable timely reactions to problems, avoiding expensive production downtimes.
The plan makes it easier to maintain hydraulic and circulation lubrication systems, and mean they can be systematically improved to meet future requirements as well.
Implementing the Fluid EP Study:
- Scope and goals
The goals, scope, schedule, contact persons and cost estimate are specified together with the customer, and the required initial data is gathered. - Field survey
The functionality and general condition of the systems are determined, and problem areas are located. - Research at the office
The survey results are compared with the current requirements set for the systems. - Intermediate reporting
A written report of the survey is prepared, and discussions are held with the customer concerning areas for further evaluation. - Targeted further study
A more detailed analysis of identified problem areas. If necessary, further evaluation and adjustments are performed (e.g. updated spare parts lists and diagrams). - Development plan
A written report of the survey results and a system development plan (recommended actions by equipment location, spare parts list, etc.)
We are familiar with the particular requirements of the following areas:
- Pulp & paper industry
- Marine industry
- Oil & gas industry
- Energy industry
- Civil engineering
The correct information leads to improved productivity.
